Due to the special, parallel alignment of grips you train with a natural hand posture. This helps to correctly perform the workouts for both arms. Ligaments as well as joints are thus marketly treated with care whilst more weight can be held and different muscle areas are aimed at well-directedly. The handy cross knurling offers perfect grip at any time.
The delivered quick fasteners fix the weights and thus make a quick and simple weight change of the weight plates possible without having to take long training breaks. Furthermore, they stop the wobbling and the slipping of the weight plates.
