Purchased this Island extractor hood for a new house that was in the process of being built
This item has been used a handful of times
the motor died
When I informed this company about it they told me the warranty had expired by 4 days and they couldn't do anything for me
Obviously the hood must be of poor quality for it to stop working with such little use
But the fact this company has no after sales service and leaves its customers high and dry !
My advice is to stay away from the brand and this company
