Water power is the key to our new Waldbeck Fruit Punch 20 cold juicer, because here the fruits are simply crushed with the force of the water. The principle is quite simple: the juicer is connected to a faucet and a drain with 3/4" connections, the squeeze bag is placed in the basket, then the fruits are put into the large 20-litre press basket, and finally the watertight splash guard is set in place. As the water flows in, it fills a rubber membrane that expands, pushing the fruit against the steel grid of the press basket with a force of up to 20 tons. Through this process, you can, for example, extract up to 10 litres of juice from 15 kg of apples! When the pressing process is completed, the pomace is easily removed along with the filter cloth.The steel press can then be easily cleaned with hot water and be prepared for the next juicing.
