Powerful with 1200 watts, the Klarstein Chateaubriand Nuovo raclette grill melts cheese, browns meat and cooks vegetables or mushrooms in record time. The temperature is easily adjustable by a thermostat. Thanks to the structure in two floors, food can be grilled from above and below. While the 8 steel pans with non-stick coating are used for baking with cheese underneath, the grill plates above can be heated up. Of these, there are two available: one is a non-stick coated aluminium plate and the other is a natural stone slab made of polished granite. With 19.5 x 18 cm size, both offer enough space for grilling food for everyone at the table. The metal grill plate transfers the heat evenly and quickly to the food to be grilled and, thanks to the non-stick coating, requires very little fat for grilling. The natural stone shines with its long heat storage, staying hot even after switching off. The latter is also perfect for baking mini-pizzas and other dough-based foods. To easily turn the food on the grill and empty the pans, each grill master is equipped with one of 8 plastic spatulas. Since visuals are also an important part of the meal, the case has been decorated with a fine wooden decor - which also serves as a CoolTouch handle on the pans.
