The 4 fillable sandbags each have 2 fixed Velcro straps and =each having a filled weight of up to 4.5 kilograms, so that you can gradually increase the training weight up to 18kg. The design was therefore geared towards robust materials and quality workmanship. The tear-resistant fabric is lined inside with a special water-resistant plastic layer. The seams of the handles are attached with strong cross-stitching to handle swinging movements effortlessly. In addition, the Power Bag features a durable metal zipper.

Thanks to 6 alternatively positioned handles, with handy plastic casing, the bag can be easily tackled from all sides. Similarly, when training with kettlebells, the Force Bag is suitable for a variety of tensile, caulking and throwing exercises. Its soft shape also allows for risk-free overhead exercises, or for use as a body weight for push-ups, squats, situps and lots more.
