The sturdy powder-coated steel exercise machine is simply screwed into the ceiling and takes up so much less space than a comparable lat pull station. Up to 150 kg of weights can be stacked on the 35 cm long and 2.5 cm diameter weight holder. Thus, it always has the right load and ensures well-defined muscles of the entire upper body. To ensure that working out doesn't bother anyone, the guide pulleys on the 2-meter-long cable are equipped with extra-high quality ball bearings that ensure a quiet and smooth running of the pull cable.
Get Started: To ensure that the Klarfit Hangman eiling lat pull is ready for use, a 35 cm tricepts bar and a 30 cm extension chain are included. The ceiling mounting is done with the heavy duty dowels and screws that are also included.
