In addition, selected exercises can be used to specifically train pre-strained muscle areas, such as the shoulders. The elastic loop helps you to slowly increase the load. Our powerbands are made of 100% latex, so they do not lose their tensile strength and elasticity even during long and intensive training.

Note: The powerbands are made of 100% latex and must not be used if you have a latex allergy. Latex also has an odour of its own, which disappears after a certain time. As the bands are strongly stretched during training and come into contact with sweat, the surface can become brittle and cracked over time. To increase the lifespan, the bands should be washed occasionally with mild soap and powdered with talcum powder after cleaning.
