The heat supply can always be directly adjusted during cooking. Safety comes first: The gas flame is ignited simply by SnapJetIgnition, so no additional fire is needed for ignition. Furthermore, the Alchemist has an integrated flame supervision: as soon as gas escapes without the flame burning, the gas supply is immediately shut off. The four burners distribute heat evenly in the centre and at the edges of your pots or pans, ensuring everything is cooked perfectly, evenly, and to perfection. The pot holder made of solid cast iron is suitable for nearly all types of cookware and sits precisely and securely over the flames.
