A compact unit that can play CDs and USB files and function as an FM radio, with a small footprint and the option for wall-mounting. I find the sound quality excellent. It's rich and round, perfectly balanced between bass and treble and with good separation in the middle range. The volume is loud enough for the average room but does not blast your head off. Some useful options like the X-Bass and EQ presets, but essentially a simple-to-use CD player, with radio and USB capabilities. With so much emphasis on digital music, I thought a CD player might feel obsolete, but I was wrong. Since it arrived, I have played it almost every day and I'm rediscovering my large collection of CDs in all their original full-sound glory. It also looks beautiful.
