With 300W of power, the Sanssouci slow cooker evenly heats the non-stick 5 litre aluminium inner pot to temperatures of 40-99° C. The desired temperature can be adjusted in increments of 1° C and is kept constant independently from the device. The cooking time can be set in 30-minute increments between 0 and 24 hours. All settings are easily made through 5 buttons on the front panel. An LED display visually shows your selections. In addition to the sous-vide method of cooking, the oneConcept Sanssouci can also be used for normal low temperature cooking, heating or keeping food warm.
Both the cooking insert and the lid of the Sanssouci are dishwasher safe and therefore easily cleaned.
