Dry aging is one of the oldest and most proven methods of refining meat. An integrated UVC system ensures antibacterial purity inside, guaranteeing that nothing will harm the precious pieces of meat. All settings are easily made via the touch control panel on the outside of the door, and the maturing process takes place automatically in the appliance within a few weeks. The switchable white LED light additionally sets the scene for the contents.
