The Shineater plyo box from Capital Sports comes with the ideal height for every athlete thanks to its three different sides. It enables plyometric jumping and Cross-Training training according to your respective performance level and training needs and features three different heights: 20, 24 and 30 inches. The Shineater is the ideal addition for home gyms or professional studios. The heights are listed on the sides of the box, making it easy to quickly find your desired training level.
The plyo box is made of sturdy, 11-layer plywood and can withstand heavy weight. All parts are smooth and painted so that the box can be used indoors and outdoors, and the edges of the jumping area are round, preventing injuries from unsuccessful jumps. Two finger holes make it easy to move the box around, and its sides are not only screwed together, but also interlock, providing extra stability.
Please note that this item requires assembly. Assembly requires approximately 30 minutes.
