For mounting to the wall the chin up bar comes with heavy-duty dowels. They bring a high stability to the construction and are made for challenging tasks. This type of dowel is used where normal plastic dowels won't get the job done. Please note that the unit is shipped as an assembly kit. Mounting hardware is included with your delivery.
