Me&Yo yoghurt maker you can now produce tasty, healthy and above all
self-made yoghurt creations.
With its high protein, high calcium content and
lactic acid bacteria you can now get all the positive physical benefits of yoghurt
for your family without using mass-produced and often sugar-soaked dairy
products with questionable fruit content. The yoghurt maker is also suited for
making soy yoghurt and cottage cheese.
All you need is long-life milk and lactic acid
bacteria. The milk must be pre-heated, depending on the bacterial culture, to the
necessary temperature which may vary between 40° and 90°C. Subsequently, the
milk is filled into the inner container and then mixed with the lactic acid,
probiotic bacteria or traditional cultures.
Then, the inner container is placed in the Me&Yo
outer container and stowed in a place at room temperature. The bacteria will
immediately begin with the fermentation process. There is no power source
required and no further input from you is necessary.
After about 10-12 hours, the yogurt is ready to be stored
or eaten immediately or if you choose, it can be mixed with fresh fruit or any
other ingredients. Since cleaning is always crucial for continuous use, the
Klarstein Me&Yo can be washed in the dishwasher.
