The rest is done by the 520 W strong cooker, which has a maximum temperature deviation of 0.5 °C during the whole cooking time. This property makes precise low-temperature cooking fun! Through the transparent lid, the food can be observed during the entirety of its wellness treatment. No matter what is to be cooked, the cooking time table in the user manual helps to select the appropriate temperature between 45 and 90 ° C and the length of the cooking time. The latter can be set in 30-minute increments up to 72 hours. A blue LCD shows the selected values and counts down the cooking time during operation. A supplied insert helps to place the vacuumed bags neatly in the water bath, while the supplied tongs helps to easily remove the bags from the hot water.
