Easy control via touch panel or remote control.
Elegant and practical: the Klarstein Aurea VII cooker hood. Not only a faithful helper in your kitchen for the removal of steam and food odours, but also a luxurious eye-catcher. Unlike ordinary hoods, the budding shape of the Aurea VII enables unproblematic head-free working. You can always look in the rear pots without having to bend over or bump your head. When the hood is put into operation, the upper part of the front panel opens fully motorised and a powerful 195W fan begins to extract the kitchen vapours. The hood can handle up to 550m³ of air in an hour with a low operating noise: under 70dB even at the highest level. Once the work is done, the ventilation flap moves back to its original position.
Depending on the vapour volume there are three power levels available for operation of the fan - low, medium and high. If necessary, an after-ventilation function can be used to further remove after-cooking odours and steam from the kitchen. An adjustable timer controls the duration of the operating time on the Klarstein extractor hood automatically, so that you don’t have to stay in the kitchen. The Aurea VII is easily controlled via a 6-button touch panel with digital clock at the centre of the front panel, or alternatively, comfortably from the dining table via the included remote control. Here you can also switch on a light to illuminate the pots and pans from the top and grant enlightening insights to avid pot gazers.
With its elegant front made of special hardened glass, the Klarstein Aura VII cooker hood exudes a fresh shine that fits in beautifully with modern kitchens while also serving as a luxurious counterpoint in more classic environments. Stainless steel sets special accents with trim, and a pull-out chimney invisibly hides the exhaust hose within.
The ventilation flap can be opened at all times for easy cleaning, even in standby mode. The built-in aluminium filters are suitable for dishwashers, and can also be easily cleaned by hand with a grease solvent. The Aurea VII cooker hood is 90cm wide and mounted on the wall above the cooker. The necessary brackets are supplied with the unit.
What hood is suitable for my kitchen?
A cooker hood should circulate about 9-12 times the air of the kitchen per hour in continuous operation. To test, simply calculate the volume of your kitchen (area x height) and then multiply it by 12. The result is the minimum exhaust capacity that your hood should have (m ³/h). For example: a kitchen with a 3m x 4m footprint and 2.5m ceiling height would need a hood with a minimum exhaust capacity of 360m ³/h (3 x 4 x 2.5 x 12).
The extractor hood can be converted to circulating air operation. For the appropriate activated carbon filter, please see item number 10027711.
