The concept of the inversion bench is simple:

The device consists of a pivoted support surface that allows you to easily maintain perfect posture. When the device is pivoted back over head level the back is no longer touching the back rest.

With this reversal of gravitational force you can unload joints as muscles in order to minimize and relieve muscle pain or tension.

The training device is easy and safe to operate along thanks to its non-slip feet and safety line that limits the units maximum rotation angle. This safety feature makes the training table ideal for working fold and pivot joints without injury.

Slipping away from the support table is prevented by the heel and feet rests. These rests have been ergonomically shaped feature thick padding to ensure total comfort.

Thanks to its quick release clamp the Klarfit back trainer can be adjusted to fit any body size, making it ideal for commercial use in sports studios etc.
