Portable USB MIDI keyboard with 25 touch-sensitive keys,
compatibility with any MIDI host application (plug & play compatible with
Windows and Mac) and software license bundle including KORG M1 LE, EZ Drummer
Lite and Lounge Lizard Session.
The nanoKEY2 comes equipped with 25 touch-sensitive keys and
advanced design to make successful recordings even easier. For recording drum
parts, the nanoPAD2 is the first choice with its 16 responsive pads and X-Y
touch pad borrowed from the KAOSSILATOR PRO. The nanoKONRTOL2 offers extensive
control over your DAW with its rotary knobs, faders and buttons for operating
almost any software without having to touch a mouse. Select one or all three of
the nano2 series of controllers and build a music set up that meets your own
requirements, is simple to use and looks great too!
The design of the nanoKEY2 keyboards offers some fundamental
improvements upon the previous models. We've combined the know-how from our
development of professional MIDI keyboards with the latest innovations in the
computer keyboard market in terms of slimness. The nanoKEY2 offers
extraordinary keyboard responsiveness for its class and size. The design of the
keyboard was conducted in a way that allowed for ample key width and enough space
between keys to lessen the chances of hitting wrong notes whilst playing. The
touch sensitivity of the keys was more finely adjusted to allow all of your
expressive performances to be accurately sent to a computer.
The octave shift function borrowed from the KORG MIDI
controllers allows the keyboard's octave range to be shifted up to four octave
steps higher or lower. In combination with the key transpose function you also
have access to the full MIDI note range. That’s not all: The nanoKEY2 features pitch
and modulation buttons as well as a sustain switch that is essential for
playing realistic piano or electric piano parts. The switching speed for each
of these buttons can be set according to four different levels via the KORG
Kontrol Editor to allow for smooth changes that are adapted to any playing
The nanoKEY2 works with the KORG Kontrol Editor software
available for free on the KORG homepage. With this software, you can adapt the
nanoKEY2 to your own requirements.
Select from four velocity settings (three velocity curves or
fixed velocity value) or define the control change command that is sent from
the modulation or sustain button.
