30 Day Cooling Off Period
We know sometimes it can be difficult when shopping online because you don't get to physically see the product before you purchase. That’s why we offer a 30 day cooling off return period for unwanted goods to our webshop customers!
If your product is not defective, let us know and we will send you the necessary return details.
- For products valued over £49.90 you can ship them back to us free of charge (contact us for a *pre-paid returns label)
- Products valued under £49.90 need to be returned at your own cost.
- Contact us via email to request your return
- You’ll receive a refund once we’ve received your return
- If your parcel is heavier or larger than these dimensions, it will need to be returned at your own cost.
- If your parcel is returned from the Islands located throughout the EU including the Channel Islands, again will need to be returned at your own cost.
- We kindly request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging.
Important: *Pre-paid labels are available for parcels under a weigh of 30kg and within a parameter of 300cms. If your parcel is heavier or larger than these dimensions, it will need to be returned at your own cost.
Damaged or Defective Products:
All products sold from Hifi Tower are sold as new and are covered by a 2 year warranty from your date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that your product is delivered damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours and let us know the exact nature of the problem.
If possible, please email us any pictures you can provide of the damage to your product as this can greatly speed up the time it takes to provide a quick solution to the problem.
For any faults that develop after use of the product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Our customers can claim a refund or replacement for defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We kindly request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging.
Please note, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear.

Products must be returned to our warehouse before replacements or refunds are provided.
We do not offer a door-to-door swapping service.
We do not offer 'on site' returns processing. i.e. Products cannot be dropped off at our local warehouse in Kent for exchange or service. Please contact us in all cases before your return so we can provide you with the necessary details.

Rights of Withdrawal
The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded within a reasonable time period.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier within 30 days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
A consumer has a "cooling off" period of 30 days (onecalendar month) and an unconditional right to cancel. The Distance Selling Regulations require the Buyer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including email or fax.
In the event of return of supplied goods within the 30 day “cooling off” period, goods over the value of £49.90 can be returned at the suppliers cost. Upon receipt of return, the Buyer will receive a refund for the item price paid for the Goods (excluding original postage). The Buyer must contact the Supplier for return information before returning the goods.
In the event of return of supplied goods within the 30 day “cooling off” period, goods under the value of £49.90, the Buyer must return the goods at their own cost. Upon receipt of return, the Buyer will receive a refund for the item price paid for the Goods (excluding original postage & packaging and excluding return postage charges). The Buyer must contact the Supplier for return information before returning the goods.
If the Buyer fails to take reasonable care of the Goods, they do not lose their right to cancel, but the Supplier may be able to offset the cost of any unreasonable damage against the refund due.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
