Delivery Information

We offer a FREE standard shipping service within the UK. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from receipt of your payment. In many cases, your delivery will arrive before this time, however we like to allow enough time to be sure your parcel arrives to you safely.

Heres how it works:

• We dispatch your order within 24 business hours from receipt of your payment
• After dispatch we will send you an email to your registered account email address with your dispatch confirmation and online tracking number and selected courier for your order
• We ship with 3 major couriers: UPS, DPD and Hellmann. Most orders will be sent with UPS, however depending on the size or weight of some boxes, they may be sent via DPD or Hellmann.
• Upon delivery, please ensure you check the outer packaging for damage. If you find your parcel is damaged, please refuse the parcel and inform the driver to return the parcel to sender. In this case, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a new shipment for you.
• All prices include VAT plus shipping costs

We offer an EXPRESS service for the majority of our products. If you choose our express service we can guarantee delivery within two business days. Please check the description of the product to wish to purchase to see if express is available.

• We do not ship to BFPO addresses
• We also do not send to Islands located throughout the EU including, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Malta and Cyprus. We also do not ship to Greece.
