Rotatable and 45 ° tiltable heating element with height-adjustable stand for optimal alignment.
The Hot Roddy infrared heater from DURAMAXX lets you enjoy social gatherings or cozy evenings on your terrace or in the garden all year round. Gone are the days where you could only sit in the open air wrapped in blankets with a red runny nose once summer ends, because the Hot Roddy patio heater keeps you warm even on the coldest days.
The heating element generates heat in three stages depending on your heating needs with up to 2000W and can fill a 15m² area with cozy warmth. Depending on which stage is in use, up to three quartz tubes produce the desired heat in the medium and long-wave infrared range. Unlike ordinary fan heaters, the infrared radiation doesn’t just heat the surrounding area: it transfers the heat directly to the illuminated people and objects to give off heat to the environment. This gives a pleasant all-around heat which is quickly generated. In addition, the infrared tubes gently spread a red light, providing additional comfort.
The infrared heater from DURAMAXX can be aligned optimally to direct the heat exactly where it is needed. The telescopic foot can be pulled up to 34cm, and the heating element can be tilted evenly at an angle of 45° so that the red-light radiation is emitted either from the side or above. In addition, the heating element is rotatable on the tripod without having to move the entire radiator.
For secure footing, the device features an extra-wide base plate which is weighted with additional weight. This keeps the DURAMAXX stand heater in place even when accidental clashes happen. A safety switch turns off the device should it unexpectedly fall, then activates it again when the infrared radiator is upright again. The Hot Roddy is suitable for use outdoors and in enclosed spaces, and its electrical system is protected against splashing water according to IPX4. A black powder coating protects the metal parts against corrosion and scratches.
