The
Chord 173.294 is a passive direct box, used to mediate between your instruments
on one side, and your PA or studio mixer on the other.
The DI
box balances the input signal and ground loop to provide a problem-free
transmission, even over a long distance. Thanks to a 3-stage input attenuation,
the Chord 173.294 is ideal for use with all amps and mixers, and ensures a pure
sound even with very long cable lengths.
A 6.3mm
jack output is included for monitoring purposes.
The
Chord 173.294 can be powered using regular electrical outlets, phantom power
from the mixer, or by a 9V battery.
The
sturdy steel housing protects the DI box from the rigors of life on the road.
