The Capital Sports Armlug are flexible arm straps for effective abdominal training with versatile exercises and variations, such as hanging leg raises or crunches. The 19cm-wide loops have a pleasantly soft padding, which ensures high training comfort. The skin-friendly material is also very durable.
The massive metal snap hook allows for quick and easy mounting to chin-up bars, etc. The safety lock provides optimum support during every workout and gives the sling trainer a maximum load capacity of up to 120kg.
Simply attach the abdominal slings to a chin-up bar or similar and then insert your arms through the soft padded loops. You can start immediately with exercises using your own body weight. After training, the Capital Sports Armlug can be put together in a transportable format and inconspicuously packed into your gym back or backpack.
